Unless otherwise stated; quotes include fuel surcharge, based on dock-to-dock service (business to business), no tailgates nor pallet jacks included, Shipper and receiver (consignee) are responsible for loading and offloading, no driver assistance. Residential delivery, tailgate, driver assist or inside delivery are not included unless stated. Delivery or pick up appointments are not included in cost and would be charged extra. Delivery or pick up outside regular business hours is subject to additional charges.
